Luke Jacobs
Luke is the owner and head technician of Jacobs Overhead Door. In the past, he has worked for the nationally recognized Overhead Door Company of Kalamazoo. Luke has years of hands-on industry experience, and has honed his skills by working with knowledgeable mentors.
If you have any concerns about garage doors, Luke would be more than happy to help. He can accurately diagnose door-related problems and come up with effective solutions.
Katie Jacobs
Katie, Luke’s wife of 20 years, is the co-owner of Jacobs Overhead Door. She plays a lead role in our company by managing our office.
Katie is available to help you pick out the perfect garage door. She can also assist you with any garage door requirement.
Russel Sword
Russel is our man of many talents. While he spends most days doing commercial services and installs with Chance, we also like to send him off on residential calls too. Russel has over 25 years of garage door expertise and has worked for reputable companies including Quality Overhead Doors, and Sturgis Overhead Door. In his free time, Russel enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his daughter.
Bret Jacobs
Bret is our main residential serviceman and installer. From spring replacement and door maintenance to operator repairs Bret is the one for the job. Fast and courteous, Bret has over 30 years of experience in garage door maintenance working for Overhead Door of Kalamazoo. When he’s not buzzing around town making repairs, Bret enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with his grandkids.
Lindsay Parker
Lindsay is our Administrative Lead. She will handle most of your calls and scheduling along with estimates and marketing. Lindsay has worked as a retail floor manager for reputable local jewelers, UniQ (previously located in Three Rivers) and Teel Jewelers (Kalamazoo). In addition to her customer service skills, Lindsay has had experience helping her dad install garage doors and operators from the time she was 16, making her a great asset to the Jacobs Overhead Door family. When Lindsay isn’t working hard, she likes to spend time with her husband and family.
